We LOVE a good class! It doesn’t matter what your age, shape, size or fitness level we’ve got something for you on our ACHIEVE and EPIC! memberships. From Pilates, Yoga and Low Impact to favourites including Zumba, Box fit and circuits, the list is almost endless.

Pilates

Pilates is a form of slow-paced body weight exercise that focuses on your core muscles, whilst also training your arms and legs through a series of movements designed to strengthen and lengthen the body.  A great workout for improving posture and core strength, Pilates can be modified for any age, body and fitness ability.

yoga

Designed to help you find balance, strength and flexibility, by focussing on the connection between mind, body and spirit. Using a series of breath work, poses, flow and relaxation meditation. Our yoga classes are a sure to bring a sense of strength, calmness and rejuvenation.

low impact burn

This class will get you moving your whole body, building strength and fitness without the high intensity leaping about! Ideal for anyone new to fitness or for those who don’t want to put too much impact and pressure on their joints, but want a great full body workout under the watchful eye of our team.

zumba

Take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party! A total workout, combining cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility whilst getting those party dance move vibes!

velocity cycle

If you want to sweat it out to a high-energy, feel-awesome type of soundtrack, this is the cycle class for you. This Cycle class rides its intervals, hills and sprints in time to some banging tunes!

myzone cycle 30

Get that Myzone heart rate monitor charged and ready for this popular and pumping Cycle class! Experience a fun and challenging 30-minute Cycle class with a difference…. full of hills, sprints and endurance intervals as you heart rate “zone match” your way through the session.

boxfit

Box your way to better fitness! Learn boxing punches, combinations and techniques whilst conditioning the entire body. A fast-paced and heart-pumping cardio option for those looking to develop coordination, speed and power.

HIIT

Our classic HIIT class is all about getting your heart rate racing! High Intensity Interval Training uses maximum physical effort for short periods of time. A great choice for those wanting to burn some serious calories and feel reenergised.

kettlebells

It’s time to tone and strengthen your whole body. Learn how to safely use a kettlebell and find out why it is an incredible tool to train with. Swing, lift, pull, squat and lunge, to improve your endurance, strength, mobility and cardiovascular fitness.

shape

The ultimate tone and sculpt session for the lower body and abs. It’s time to shape up, firm up and tighten those legs, butts and tummies through a series of low to high impact movements. This classic LBT class with a modern take is suitable for all fitness levels.

dumbbell blast

This session combines strength and cardio using compound movements to engage the entire body and take your heart rate through the roof. Expect to take on a wide mix of challenges including max reps, drop sets, pyramids and much more.

the ultimate bootcamp

Take on the ultimate military style training challenge. Brilliant for people preparing for an obstacle course race, a military career or for sports. You’ll be tested to your limits with sessions hosted at Kiln Farm and across Milton Keynes including Campbell Park.

Time to get stronger in a variety of different methods, using barbells, and body weight movements. Improve your overall strength through a selection of high to low impact moves. This one is bound to burn the next day.

circuits

This classic multi-station system of working out will put you through your paces! No two sessions are the same as you complete a variety of full-body, movements. Ideal for those wanting to burn some serious calories to get fitter, leaner and stronger.
