The type of personal data we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:
·Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name
and contact details including a contact number and email address)

·The dates and times you visit The Good Gym MK
·Any classes you book into and attendance.

·Personal information in height, weight and other data about your body
statistics via a third party Boditrax body composition machine.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
·your interest in The Good Gym MK facilities and request for information on services provided
·managing and administering your membership, including to provide you with access into The Good Gym MK, managing your attendance at classes, dealing with any complaints, questions or issues you raise with your membership;
·Shared with Harlands Services Limited for the administration and management of payments
·offering and providing day passes;
·providing programming and Personal Training to members; and detailing
recent exercise and health information,
·For the booking of appointments
·arranging payment for your membership;
·direct marketing and email updates in relation to The Good Gym MK;
·operating The Good Gym MK web-based app
·support in registering a MyZone device through the Myzone portal and enabling your MyZone device to interact and operate with equipment at

·provide Boditrax and Preva integrations as part of your membership
·CCTV footage collected in Club for security purposes
·We may collect health data if you suffer an accident or other medical emergency

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored
We keep all personal information for the duration of your membership and upon exit in case of future sign up. We will dispose of your data at your request. Members can choose their communication levels with the Club via their member area and always have the right to unsubscribe to materials on the understanding that they may then lose the ability to find out important Club information.
How long we retain your personal data
We will keep your data for no more than 84 months after you have cancelled your membership. You may request to have the data removed at any point within that time.
Legal Requirements
Your personal data may be processed if it is necessary on reasonable request by law enforcement or regulatory authority, agency or in defence of a legal claim. We will not delete personal data if relevant to an investigation or a dispute until such investigation or dispute is fully resolved.
Where your information will be held
We store data in the UK. The data will be stored on our IT systems onlyno hard copies are kept. Only the trusted third parties listed above will have access to the data and will not store hard copies of any information according to their own GDPR policies that you will have had access to viewing.
Changes to the policy
The most up to date version of our policy will be found on our website. There may be reason to change Privacy Policy and these will always be shown on the website. If there are any significant changes that affect your rights or significantly changes how we collect or keep your data we will notify you in writing by email and notify on our website.
